Is there a simple way to edit everyone's attendance for an upcoming event? Our chorus has a number of members who are never going to use an online tool, no matter how hard we try to move them from the pen-and-printed-spreadsheet method of event planning. It would be really helpful if an administrator could easily edit the planned attendance for upcoming events.
For past events, there is a really nice Amend Attendance screen that allows modification for the entire membership using simple radio buttons. But it looks like the upcoming events can only be modified by clicking on each member's status, going to a different screen, updating one person's status for the event, and then going back to the event for the next person. Is there a better way?
