We have a few users that have missed more than one of our weekly meetings, its winter in Alberta... people travel.
Our president just started using the calendar for board meetings and when after he entered attendance for the board meeting the list "These members were absent from all three recent events to which everyone was invited" got way shorter. Only shows the one board member that missed the meeting due to travel, not the others that have missed regular meetings.
I figure somehow the query is picking up all meetings, not just "events to which everyone was invited"

Hey Ian - you're probably right. I have struggled to figure out how this query should be written. What I'm trying to achieve right now is that only events to which everyone was invited (normally rehearsals and shows) are counted in the query. But it's an awfully complex query!
I'll take a look at it, and see if entering board meeting attendance might screw up the results.
