I am still setting up our site and preparing to go live soon. Is there an email module that allows us to have an email address tied to the webite? In our case, something like info@kentuckians.org or info@kentuckians.groupanizer.com that would then be assigned to a board member or web administrator? Maybe I don't have the proper module active but I haven't noticed one to use.

If you want an email to go to only one person, your best bet may be to look at your domain registrar. I use Netfirms and with them I get 3 addresses that I can point at anyone of my member's personal email accounts and its easy to change when role's change in over the course of time. The functionality in Groupanizer is really about setting up mailings lists so you can email all of your members or perhaps just the board. You can also set up a contact form to go to specific members of your chorus. Check out my site. The email addresses are shown on the Leadership page. The contact form is also accessible on the left menu.

IMHO, the easiest way is to set up an email in Groupanizer. For example: VPMUSIC@name.groupanizer.com. This is part of the new communications module.
Set it up to go to whomever has the Role VP MUSIC. Yea I know, they discourage using too many roles.
Then with your host for your email for your domain, set up a Forwarding address: For Example: vpmusic@yourname.org and forward to VPMUSIC@name.groupanizer.com.
So now when the VP of Music changes, all you do is change your Role from one guy to the next and voilla! The email changes as well.
