Hello. We're currently evaluating Groupanizer, and I have to say I love what I see so far. I have 2 questions. Forgive me if the informtion is listed somewhere on the site, I haven't spent much time browsing FAQ's or manuals or anything yet.
1. How much space do we get for uploading music files and everything? If we need more is there a charge and what is that charge?
2. When I first started evaluating, there was a Document section listed at the top. I added a document, and became confused when it kept showing me that one document when I clicked on Documents instead of giving me a list of documents (which is what I wanted to have). So, I clicked Delete to delete that document, and it appears to have deleted the entire document section. How do I get that section back?
I'll have to review the manual, I'm sure I'll learn something if I do that.
Thanks,
Jesse

1. You get 1 GB.... thats a bunch for music. If you need more its $1 per month for the 2nd GB. I bet it will be a long long time before you need that second GB.
2. Sounds like you posted your one document on the Documents page using the editing box on that page. What I do is post documents as attachements to that page, that way I can have as many as I like. My prefered format is to make my documents in to PDFs before I attach them so that no one has any issues reading them.
As for getting the Documents page back atfer its been deleted that can be a complicated process for a new person.. Writing out the steps for that will take me longer to do than doing it. My best suggestion is to email Tom directly on that and he'll be able to help you. Or you can email me directly (email below) and we can work out how I can do it for you.
Any more questions, just ask ;-)

OK. We are currently evaluating Groupanizer, so I'm not going to worry about the documents section right now, so we'll try to get that back later. But, one thing that concerns me is if it was so easy for me to delete it, someone else will probably delete it too, and we could loose data if we do that. Anyway, we'll deal with that later.
Thanks,
Jesse
You could do it because you have Admin rights, no one else will be able to delete things they have not been granted rights to delete
