Oh, wow! Just realized that when you're looking at a program it's not possible to click on a song and have the record (with the attachments, etc.) pop up. This makes the program far less useful than it could be.
Anyone else feel like this would be a good improvement?

Also...not liking the "Danger!" triangle in the alert column on the Program View for songs that will be performed soon. How about a "green light" rather than an anxiety-inducing "danger" signal??
And one more thing: how about adding "click to sort" to the column headers on the "Program View" tab?

The danger signal is there because there is no practice of a song scheduled before the performance

Oh is THAT what it means??? OK, then maybe a green light would be not so great. Or maybe we need to re-purpose that column....

Or you could schedule some practice on the songs you are going to perform. I think it works just fine as designed

Gosh, I don't know if I can be that organized! That would mean I actually have to tell Groupanizer what I'm planning to do. Then all of my singers would think that was what we were actually going to do at a rehearsal and complain when I change my mind on the fly.
This is obviously going to take some serious thought....

Or, alternatively, you could use the plan to focus your members and yourself on achieving goals within an evening. :)
Of course, since I've been using it, I've given my chorus the 'we may deviate from the plan at any stage' speech about 5 times... but at least they're aware of whats going on to some degree.
