Listening to uploaded riser recordings

Hi all,
We are pretty new to Groupanizer and are still in the setting up phase.  I have looked for answers to this question in the forums and can't locate any, so I'm hoping someone can help.
A few of our members have started uploading their riser recordings for their section leader to check, but the section leaders are not able to listen to the .mp3 recordings.  Through the Song Status Queue the section leader will click "Check It" next to the relevant track, and the track page will open up.  The SL then clicks on the link which says "Click here to listen to uploaded files" - this usually says something like "Private_97".  However, the file opens as .txt file in Notepad, instead of an .mp3 file.  If the SL right clicks and says "Save Target As", it will still try to save it as a text file.
So how do we listen to the .mp3s that our members are uploading?
Many thanks in advance for your help.  We are enjoying Groupanizer so far once we iron out a few little kinks like this one!
