Users without admin privilege do not see the date and time fields for input. Calendar view for them looks like the old one (e.g. no multiday events). I renamed the Calendar! module after deleting the old gevent-module, but seem to have missed a point.
May also be connected with permissions as "ordinary users" do not have access to the attendance history.

Hi Thomas,
If you can't see the date fields, I wonder if you have turned on the content field access module?
Perplexed about the multi-day calendar not showing up for some - I didn't think that required any more permissions than the regular calendar!
Have you customized the names of your permission, perhaps making them German? Because the install script isn't too smart - it's looking for English.

How about a user WITH admin priviledges not seeing the date/time fields of imported events or when I create new ones. I have the Content Access module turned on. Just can't figure out what the problem is. Can't create events with the new Calendar.

After redoing the whole process (disable - uninstall - re-enable) it works like a charm. Thanks for your help, Tom
After the update I have received several error messages(see below for one). The new calendar does not work, the new attendance module does not work. I cannot edit or change any of the entries in the old calendar etc. Have tried to follow and understand the cryptic messages in the program, but to no avail. I don't know if there is a way to reset to the old layout to get things corrected before trying again. Any suggestions?

Did you try to disable, then uninstall the new module, and then reinstall (see my post above)? This should reset all garbled settings to defaults.
Just a quick note - I reset these modules for Joel and they are working perfectly now. :)
Is it just me or is the "My Attendance Plan" link from the left hand menu missing with the new Calendar Event module? Also, is the attendance plan imported along with all of the events when you click on the link to carry that out?
'My Attendance Plan' is now under the user profile area under My Account. You should see an 'Attendance' link there that shows the list of events and your response for them.

How can members view the attendance of all other members in the new calendar/attendance system without being given permission to edit attendance for everyone? I can't see a way to make this happen...
Relatedly - I would like my members to be able to see other members' attendance plans for the future, and their own (but not others') actual attendance.
Is this possible?
