Under the "old" email system, when someone replied to a member message, it went to everyone - we had replies go to everyone.
Under the "new" email system, when someone replies, it only goes to the message originator. The only way they can get it to the entire group is Reply All - and then they have to delete the originator or she'll get two messages.
Is there a way to get replies to go to all? Am I missing something?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

having "reply" go to all will just mean tons of messages going to everyone that only a few are interested in.
In a perfect world Reply All would not go the the original sender but only to the entire group.

Bea - you are correct. There were many requests to set up the mail system so that people could choose to reply to the sender or to the whole list by clicking "reply" or "reply all" in their mail client. The best way we've been able to find to accommodate this request is to put the list address in the "cc" field. But you're correct in that if they do no other edits, the original sender will get it twice.

Thanks, all! It's not a big deal for the chorus - the less messages they receive, the better. I was thinking more of our Management Team. Most of those messages we all need to see the responses - but really don't want to see them twice.
It's not a big deal. It just takes a little re-training of my ladies.
