Member List

This is the member list, a flexible tool that let's you view the membership in various ways.  You can see the membership by subgroup, by section, and in this full view or in the "picture view" which gives you just clickable pictures so you can get a feel for how the membership stacks up.

People with permission can also view the attendance summary and the song status summary color bars on the right-hand side of the display.

The attendance summary shows attendance for the last five events, and predicted attendance for the next five.  Members can easily indicate through the system whether they plan to attend each future event, so you can plan accordingly.

The song status summary shows how well each member is doing learning the active repertoire songs.  Red means they haven't started, and green means they are done.  The colors in between correspond to the way your group wants to track progress.  There's a quick summary number that takes into account all those in-between states, in a weighted fashion.
