Now that we have this great program module, and an attendance module, it would be good to link the two up, so that if a guy has indicated that he's not going to attend an event, you aren't able to assign a task to him. Right now, you can assign tasks to people who have said they won't be attending.

I'm going to reply to my own post here... we've just found today that one of the guys who was going to be doing a session tonight has said he won't attend, so now we're scrambling around trying to work out who is doing what. Would be good to avoid this situation in the future if possible... prevent assigning tasks to people who won't attend before the program is put together, and if a person indicates they won't attend after they've had something assigned, notify someone... perhaps someone with a specific role, or the person who created the program.
