Our notification of the Rehearsal Program gets removed automatically on the day of the Rehearsal. Is there a way to set it to remain there until the start of the next day (midnight)?

That's kind of strange! Programs should NEVER be removed (unless you remove them). I just checked, and my past programs are still there.
Do you have context for this? Is it that the Admin can't see the "old" programs or that regular members can't see them?

Since you refer to the notification disappearing, I am thinking that you are using the block Next Rehearsal Program on the dashboard and if this is the case then yes you are correct. When the time that the program is scheduled to end comes the listing in the Next Rehearsal Program block will disappear.
As Cindy says the program itself does not disappear. You can always find it via the calendar and going to the specific date.
