so like..... aaarrggg...
I've been to about 20 pages from Drupal that have very similar code to remove the Home Title on the Home page but it's simply not working.
I've tried editing the page.tpl.php or adding a variable to the template, php and finally created a page-front.tpl.php to edit the HEAD section and remove the Title Print but NO luck.... grrrr..
I know it's me...

I've done this. When you make edits to page.tpl.php can you confirm that something happens? As in, is it reading the file you're editing?
Was it ever worked out how to remove the Home title on the Home page?
If so, can anyone explain it in a fashion that is easy to understand?

There is no way to do that without actually editing the theme itself - anyone else have any clever ideas?

It doesn't say Home at the top of mine....
I think I just used a slogan as the title of the page. So now instead of the word "Home" is reads "An Award Winning Barbershop Chorus"

I need to change the chorus name. I right click on the name which takes me into the html area using the "inspect elements" option and it changes the name in there but it doesn't save. Any thoughts anyone?
