I've enabled the STS and got it running. I added a field to the content type "Support Ticket". I think I configured the radio button info correctly, and in addition, it shows up in the "Display Field" tab as well.
But when I try to create a new ticket, no joy. No radio buttons for the new custom field. No custom field, for that matter.
What am I missing? I cannot find enough documentation to even troubleshoot this one myself.
Appreciate any help you can give me. By the way, is there any way to turn on any debugging flags when I'm trying to troubleshoot things in Groupanizer?
