I've been experimenting with importing our membership. Every time I do a bulk import of a CSV file, all the admin users get a bunch of emails notifying them of the new user registrations.
How do I suppress this? I thought I had found it in "Notifications" but it still seems to happen.

I have long been intending to handle that differently, perhaps by making it a setting or just disabling it during bulk imports. It is on my list! Sorry for the nuisance.

Actually I'd love to make the list available. It's in "github" along with the source code, but github makes it kind of difficult to expose the list. Any clever solution to that problem? Your help would be most welcome.

If I'm right to assume that the list is maintained with github's issue tracker, then it should be possible to configure read-only access.
