I'm attempting to build a webform for our Singing Valentines coming up (too soon!). I'm adding items and saving as I go, but I'm seeing the following error and wonder what it is:
user warning: Table 'gsna1_evbarbershop.webform' doesn't exist query: SELECT * FROM webform WHERE nid = 578 in /home/groupanizer/domains/gsing_na1/prod/sites/all/modules/webform/webform.module on line 1134.
Any ideas about what I may have done wrong?

My webforms and picture galleries are not visible to non-site admin roles. I have scoured my permissions for the problem but haven't located it. Currently, I have these set for Anonymous/Authenticated Users:
contact module: access site-wide contact form
content_access module: grant content access
image module: view original images
lightbox2 module: download original image
node module: access content
create webform content
edit own webform content
webform module: access own webform submissions
edit own webform submissions
Anyone see what I'm missing?

This thread is old, but I had this same problem, too, so I thought I should post the solution.
The problem is enabling the webform and the webform verification at the same time. If you read closely, the verification requires webform, so the system gets confused when you try to enable them at the same time.
The fix is to completely uninstall both, then install just webform, then install just webform verification. Hope this helps!

I can't uninstall the webform -- the checkbox to make it inactive (required before an uninstall) is grayed out---is there a trick?

Ditto Ian's suggestion. Disable (unclick the box) the validation first. You may need to go over to the uninstall tab to remove it completely.
