Webforms - how do I create one?

I am trying to create a webform, but the create webform page does not seem right. I have a "body" rather than "webform settings" Infact, the whole page looks the same as abook page.
Have I missed a setting?

After you create the inital

After you create the inital page and click Save you'll get more editing ability. A number of tabs wher eyou can edit the body more, add/edit the fields you want,, edit the confirmation page, and set up who gets emailed when the form gets submitted

I think someone else had a

I think someone else had a similar problem and Tom (the real one, not me) suggested that he disable the webform module and then reenable it to get it reinstalled.
