Here we go. Most umbrella organisations have similar requirements to the choirs themselves. They need to maintain a list of members, want to know about financial status of the members, perhaps maintain some sort of centralised library of information, maintain a calendar (might also include events from the individual choirs), maintain a list of who is performing what roles in each choir.
Some of this could be managed by the choirs themselves, other stuff needs to be managed by the central body.
At least, that's my initial thoughts...
