We've built web sites for several choir organizations and they all have different ideas about what they need. I'd love to make this into a standardized product! What are some features that all choir organizations need?

Here we go. Most umbrella organisations have similar requirements to the choirs themselves. They need to maintain a list of members, want to know about financial status of the members, perhaps maintain some sort of centralised library of information, maintain a calendar (might also include events from the individual choirs), maintain a list of who is performing what roles in each choir.
Some of this could be managed by the choirs themselves, other stuff needs to be managed by the central body.
At least, that's my initial thoughts...
